Position Overview:Big League Food Company is hiring for a Full- Time Cafe /Store Manager to join our Village Juicery Retail Store located at Oakville. If you are a proactive individual with experience in sales and customer service we invite you to be part of our team.
Responsibilities:
- Lead daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, inventory management, and cash handling
- Train, mentor, and support staff to deliver excellent customer service
- Drive store performance to achieve sales targets and operational goals
- Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for both customers and team members
- Support scheduling, labor management, and adherence to company policies
We're looking for individuals who possess the following:
- 2-3 years of previous experience in retail or food/beverage management preferred
- Experience managing inventory and balancing quality and cost effectively
- Highly accountable and well-organized, with an ability to oversee a team of staff and prioritize multiple projects effectively
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Motivated, organized, and hands-on approach to managing a team
Pay and Schedule
- Expected hours: 40-44 hours per week
- Pay: $23.40 – $25.90/hour (including average tips and potential bonuses)
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
