Kinetic Construction Ltd. has an opportunity for Labourers at our Nanaimo site to perform tasks involving physical labour at commercial construction projects and operate a variety of hand and power tools.

The wage band for this position is $20.00 to $28.67 an hour based on relevant skills and experience.

3 Weeks accrued vacation for all positions within Kinetic Construction

Position Specifications

Qualifications

  • 0+ years experience in the construction industry
  • Hoist Operator certification considered an asset

Knowledge skills and abilities

  • Safe operation of hand tools and power tools
  • Workplace safety
  • Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 80lbs) for 50ft
  • Ability to operate required equipment in a safe and responsible manner
  • Ability to determine the correct tools and equipment needed to do the job
