Highspring is looking for a UX Designer to help shape intuitive, user-centered digital experiences. The ideal candidate combines strong UX design skills with the ability to translate designs into clean, semantic HTML. Experience writing clear, engaging copy for interfaces or marketing assets is considered a significant advantage.

What you'll do
* Design and iterate user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes for web and mobile using Figma or similar tools.

* Validate concepts through rapid user testing and integrate feedback to refine designs.

* Implement approved designs in HTML and apply basic CSS to ensure layout, spacing, and visual alignment.

* Collaborate with product managers and engineers to deliver accessible, responsive, and high-quality user experiences.

* (Asset) Contribute concise, user-focused copy that enhances clarity, usability, and conversion.

What you bring
* A portfolio demonstrating a solid UX design process and delivered, user-facing work.

* Strong proficiency in HTML and an understanding of responsive design principles and WCAG accessibility guidelines.

* Fluency with modern design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.

* Excellent communication abilities and a collaborative working style.

* Nice to have: Experience creating UX/UI copy (microcopy, onboarding flows, error messages, landing pages).
