We're actively looking for an experienced Web Project Manager to join our team. We're looking for somebody who can not only plan and execute projects but manage client relationships on an on-going basis. We're looking for someone who loves the details in order to make the best decisions. We're looking for someone who knows how to motivate, yet control. Most importantly looking for someone who fits in with our amazing team.

What would be your responsibilities?

  • To act as an internal product owner for projects, having a holistic view, driving high quality deliverables
  • Be an advocate for our team and for our customers
  • Help define and manage project scope & timelines
  • Carefully manage project budgets
  • Determine critical roles and responsibilities within projects
  • Coordinate strategy, analyst, UX, development and testing activity
  • Proactively identify changes that put projects at risk
  • Mitigate and creatively resolve issues
  • Oversee delivery of multiple projects, including streams of support works
  • Ability to gather, understand and manage project requirements
  • Develop high-level project plans
  • Perform planning sessions
  • Meet regularly with customers to provide updates
  • Conduct retrospectives with customers and our teams, driving accountability and improvements
  • Work closely with business development to define the overall shape of potential projects for proposals (resources, costs, timelines, etc)
  • Creating statements of work and change requests
  • Following (and improve upon) existing project delivery methodologies

Relevant tech, skills and experience?

  • Background in a consulting or agency organization
  • Delivery experience with Sitecore CMS is a nice to have
  • First-hand knowledge of CMS / WCMS / DXP platforms (Web Content Management Systems / Sitecore, Adobe Experience Manager, Contentful etc.)
  • Managed projects with a range of budgets (five, six and seven-figure projects)
  • Executed agile-ish projects with internal teams and external customers
  • Using project management software such as Microsoft DevOps or Jira
  • Basic understanding of web development
  • PMP, SCRUM or Agile PM certificate
