We're looking for a Web Design & Paid Social Media Specialist to join our in-house marketing team. This role is ideal for someone who is both creative and performance-driven, with strong experience in web design, paid social advertising, and content execution.

You'll work closely with our marketing and leadership teams to design, optimize, and promote digital experiences that drive real business results.

This is an in-person role. Remote or hybrid work is not available.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and maintain high-quality web pages (Shopify, WordPress, landing pages)
  • Create and optimize website layouts with a strong focus on UX, conversion, and branding
  • Plan, launch, and manage paid social media campaigns (Meta/Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
  • Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on data and KPIs
  • Collaborate with internal teams on promotions, launches, and marketing campaigns
  • Ensure brand consistency across web, ads, and social platforms

Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong experience in web design (Shopify and/or WordPress required)
  • Proven experience managing paid social media campaigns
  • Solid understanding of marketing funnels, conversions, and audience targeting
  • Experience with Meta Ads Manager / Google
  • Strong visual design skills (layout, typography, branding)
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, in-house marketing environment
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
