We are seeking a detail-oriented and determined individual who can set up, cleanse, and maintain our account, order, and product data. Core responsibilities include monitoring our data exception dashboards, reviewing integration reporting, and driving defect resolution. The role also covers item setup and select customer service tasks that require a precise and careful approach, such as ownership changes, hold requests, and other account-level updates.
 
Other responsibilities will include maintaining and actioning account and order changes for our customers and internal teams in both our ERP and CRM. The candidate will also be responsible for mass uploading accounts and opportunities tied to national wins, updating customers in bulk, supporting large contract onboarding and updates, and taking on additional tasks as needed.
 
The ideal candidate must be highly detail-oriented with strong critical-thinking and problem-solving abilities.

What you'll do:

Review and setup of new accounts and contracts.
Monitor and defect resolution issues with data exception and integration reporting.
Maintain customer records to ensure details are accurate and up to date.
Process account ownership changes, address changes and cancellations.
Provide exceptional customer service to customers and internal team members.
Use of Microsoft Excel to prepare and execute mass data uploads into our CRM and ERP.
Working in collaboration with the Customer Service teams and Account Managers across the business to ensure the timely resolution of customer inquiries.

What you'll bring:

Minimum of 1 years' experience in a role primarily focused on data entry and maintenance.
Minimum of 2 years' experience in a Customer Service role directly interacting with customers
Minimum of 2 years working in a fast-paced environment managing multiple priorities with conflicting deadlines
Proficient with Microsoft suite package
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Experience with NetSuite accounting software
Experience with Salesforce
Detail oriented with strong organization skills.
Critical thinker with the ability to solve problems.
The ability to build rapport with customers and internal employees in all departments.
Results oriented paired with a positive, can-do attitude.

Expected Total Compensation: $50,000-$55,000
