Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Senior Project Manager. The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants. The role will also involve developing detailed project plans, managing project schedules, working with the creative team, tracking project deliverables, and ensuring projects are aligned with goals and objectives. Additionally, the Senior Project Manager will be responsible for risk assessment and management.

  • Experience working with creative teams
  • Experience dealing with clients
  • Customer service and account management skills
  • Project management skills
  • Experience in expediting and logistics management
  • Expertise in developing and managing creative and marketing materials
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities
  • Streamline creative workflows by establishing clear project timelines, assigning tasks to the appropriate team members, and coordinating resources effectively
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Certification in Project Management (PMP or equivalent) is a plus
  • Experience in the communications or marketing industry is a plus
  • Experience in the Heavy Equipment or Construction industry a must have

Salary range: $80,000 - $90,000
