GritLabs is looking for a motivated and passionate Part-Time Group Trainer to lead our small group training sessions. We're all about building a strong, supportive, and high-energy environment where members feel empowered and inspired. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead dynamic and engaging strength and conditioning sessions for groups
- Deliver effective coaching with a focus on proper form, progression, and safety
- Motivate and inspire members to push beyond their limits
- Create an inclusive, energetic, and welcoming group training environment
- Provide personalized modifications and attention within the group setting
- Build strong rapport with members and contribute to a positive community culture
Key Requirements:
- Certified Fitness or Group Trainer (minimum 1 year of experience leading group training)
- Availability for morning, mid-day or evening shifts, with some weekend flexibility
- Strong communication and group leadership skills
- Passion for fitness, people, and personal development
- A team player with a professional and upbeat attitude
- Ability to adapt sessions for various fitness levels
