What You'll Do- Support Therapists: Assist in carrying out established treatment programs for clients, including therapeutic activities and exercises.
- Empower Residents: Demonstrate proper use of equipment and exercises, and help with ambulation, positioning, and transfers.
- Maintain Excellence: Set up, clean, and maintain treatment areas and equipment to ensure a safe and welcoming environment.
- Document & Communicate: Record client participation and report observations to the supervising therapist.
- Teamwork: Transport clients to and from treatment areas and perform related clerical duties such as maintaining inventory and records.
