| Summary :

The IAM Engineering role involves joining the Identity and Access Management (IAM) policy team in cyber security. Role includes Jira management for policy workstream planning and change tracking, data analysis for policy decisions, content and materials preparation for policy governance meetings.

| Your challenges ?

The role involves the following tasks and responsibilities :

  • Manage tool certification program for IAM cyber controls. Work with certification leaders from across IAM organization to complete the transition of tool certification workstream from project mode to business-as-usual process.
  • Support revamp of IAM security blueprints: content development and communications Resource functional support
  • Analysis: perform analysis and produce related materials to support IAM Policy team review process for governance and programs
  • Administration: manage governance Jira board, Jive sites, MS Teams for governance committee support,
  • Produce policy program documents and materials
  • Communications: communicate with policy governance stakeholders, produce supporting materials for policy governance committee, produce minutes for governance and program meetings

| What do we expect from you ?

The minimum required skills necessary for this role :

  • +10 years of experience with a Cyber security background in risk or technology analysis
  • +7 years of experience in IAM
  • Hands on experience in Jira Dashboard Management
  • Degree in analytic field
  • Experience with IAM standards such as NIST, FFIEC
