Job Overview

We are looking for software sale managers to sale our Software As Application Services (SAAS), Software Defined Vehicles (SDV) and AI Automation Applications. The Sales manager/Account Manager will lead our company's North American sales, marketing, strategizes sales initiatives, negotiates software demos and sales processes, and drives customer satisfaction. Key tasks include network building, lead generation, software sales, application up sales, software demos to potential customers, B2B sale processes, and sales forecasting.

Responsibilities:

  • Deep understanding our products, services and sale strategy
  • Develop and implement sales plan to achieve target sales goals
  • Identify good sale leads and manage B2B sale cycle
  • Generate sale proposals and close sales
  • Manage and lead a team of software sales professionals to meet performance objectives
  • Maintain knowledge of industry trends and competitor offerings to stay ahead of the competition
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals
  • Execute successful sales while maintaining the strong customer relationships
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify areas of improvement and adjust strategies accordingly
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as R+D, development, operations, finance and marketing, to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction
  • Ensure compliance with all legal and ethical standards in the software industry
  • Provide regular training and coaching to the sales team to improve skills and performance

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in SAAS software sales
  • Experience in IT and/or Automotive industry
  • Ability to generate leads and close sales
  • Ability to create sale quote and marketing materials
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to train, motivate, and lead a team of sales professionals
  • Thorough knowledge of the software industry, market trends, and competitors
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Strong software industry network and linkage
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM (or Hubspot or Salesforce) software
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,790.48-$128,050.15 per year
