We are looking for an energetic and motivated Security Supervisor to join our team at a office building. Maintaining the daily operation of the site schedule and effectively leading, supervising and mentoring a team. This is a wonderful opportunity for a supervisor who is looking for the next step in their career.

Schedule: Mon to Fri 7 am to 3 pm

The day-to-day

Conduct regular patrols and building checks (including parkade and boiler inspections) to ensure safety and compliance.

Provide First Aid, CPR, and AED support as needed.

Monitor and maintain security systems (alarms, cameras, access control); oversee CCTV operations and coordinate repairs.

Manage access requests, enforce site policies, and ensure accurate incident reporting.

Supervise on-site team operations, including scheduling, onboarding, training, and performance monitoring.

Deliver exceptional customer service to tenants, visitors, and property management staff.

Collaborate with site and operations management on supplies, uniforms, and client communications.

Here's what you need:

Valid Alberta Security License

Experience in a supervisory role within the security industry

First Aid ( Required)

First Aid Intermediate Level 2 - Preferred

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with diplomacy and sensitivity

Professional written communication skills

Analytically minded with strong problem-solving and decision-making capability

Use of judgement and effective time management as well as being highly organized.

Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

Must be willing to undergo a criminal background check
