Our flagship brand Herbishh leads in hair care & personal care, with revenues exceeding CAD 15M annually, and we are scaling rapidly towards CAD 30M+ in global sales.

With 40+ employees across Canada, India, and the Philippines, we are now hiring a COO/Integrator to streamline operations, enforce accountability, and scale the company to its next phase of growth.

Role Overview

The COO will act as the Integrator (EOS model) and second-in-command to the CEO, ensuring that vision translates into execution. They will oversee cross-functional teams (Amazon, Shopify/D2C, Inventory, Finance, HR, Regulatory, and Customer Success) and enforce SOPs, KPIs, and operational discipline.

This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for someone who has scaled an e-commerce business from $10M → $30M+ and knows how to align global teams across multiple marketplaces.

Key Responsibilities

1. Leadership & Alignment

2. Translate CEO's vision into executable quarterly/annual plans.

3. Manage and mentor Department Heads (Amazon, D2C, Inventory, Finance, Marketing, HR).

4. Run weekly leadership meetings with clear scorecards, KPIs, and accountability.

5. Operational Excellence

6. Build, enforce, and update SOPs across all departments (Amazon, Shopify, Finance, HR, Regulatory).

7. Drive operational efficiency across Canada, India, PH, and Mexico teams.

8. Ensure smooth coordination between product sourcing (India/China) and sales (Amazon, Shopify, Walmart).

9. Financial & Performance Management

10. Partner with CFO/CPA and Finance team to ensure P&L discipline.

11. Monitor gross margins, TACOS, working capital, and inventory health.

12. Set quarterly KPIs for each department and ensure consistent reporting.

13. Growth Enablement

14. Support 3PL expansion in Ontario (logistics arm).

15. Drive marketplace expansion (Mexico, UAE, AU).

16. Ensure regulatory compliance (MOCRA, Health Canada, EU/UK SCPN, etc.) is built into launches.

17. People Management

18. Oversee HR Managers to ensure global alignment.

19. Resolve cross-team conflicts, restructure roles where needed.
20. Build leadership pipeline for scaling to 60+ employees.

Requirements

• 7–10 years in e-commerce / D2C / Amazon-native operations.
• Proven track record of scaling business from $10M → $30M+ revenue.
• Strong background in Amazon FBA ops, multi-country marketplaces, and supply chain.
• Experience managing 40+ person distributed teams.
• Hands-on with KPIs, dashboards, SOP creation, and process automation.
• Excellent communicator, able to align India, PH, Canada, and Mexico teams.

Nice-to-Have

• Exposure to beauty/personal care categories.
• Experience in Shopify CRO / D2C growth.
• Familiarity with financial reporting, CAC/LTV metrics, and tax compliance.
• EOS/Traction framework experience (Integrator role).

Pay: $100,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
