ABOUT ARTERIA 

Arteria AI is an award-winning, AI-powered documentation infrastructure platform that turns documents into data to enable critical banking processes like trading and lending. Leading banks around the world use Arteria to connect costly, manually-intensive documentation processes to the enterprise automation cycle and surface valuable intelligence to key decision-makers.    

Arteria was founded in October of 2020 and completed its Series B round of fundraising led by Notable Capital (formerly GGV Capital) in October 2023. Other investors include Citi, Illuminate Financial, Information Venture Partners, and BDC Capital. THE ROLE 

The Growth team has three core mandates:  

Accelerate each stage of the client journey pre-delivery;  Service large-scale client relationships with a focus on new product applications; and  Unlock asymmetric growth in new markets and industry verticals. 

There are three major components to the role: 

Client service. Support the execution of key client meetings and workshops, deliver targeted pitch decks with quantitative business cases, and cover cross-functional client relationships with key stakeholders. Product & technicals. Serve as an expert on Arteria's tech stack and core problem space, articulate Arteria's value through product demonstrations, and build solutions tailored to client needs, workflow and architecture. Strategic advisory. Advise on broader transformation and AI strategy, track and innovate on the functional processes in large-cap financial services (e.g., lending, trading, prime, etc.), and produce thought leadership on industry trends and subject-matter expertise. 

In addition, the Growth team frequently liaises with leadership and technical teams to advise on product strategy and positioning. The Growth team may also be asked to execute special projects that are accretive to the overall business.   

The Summer Growth Analyst will support the Growth team on various initiatives across its mandate. 

KEY CAPABILITIES 

Pursuing an undergraduate degree in business or engineering; Strong business acumen with a demonstrated interest in technology; Exceptional communication skills (heavy focus on written and oral communication); Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment; Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, with a particular focus on deck building (modelling experience is also an asset); Exceptional work ethic and drive; and Ability to work under pressure with tight timelines.
