We're looking for a Growth Analyst to join our team in Toronto and help shape the future of contextual advertising as we continue to expand globally.

Our technology provides superior brand safety, human-like content understanding, and advanced cookieless targeting, making ads more engaging and respectful. Founded by two ex-Googlers in 2014, we've grown to over 700 Seedtaggers across 17 countries, raising €250M to revolutionise digital advertising.
Growth Analyst Role Seedtag's Growth Team drives revenue generation from both new and existing clients. The Growth Analyst will play a key role in measuring, testing, and recommending scalable strategies that optimize sales and upsell processes, accelerating the adoption of our contextual products and services.
This role combines elements of client service, strategy, and product marketing, with a strong focus on Seedtag LAB, our premium service for contextual insights and targeting. The Growth Analyst will be responsible for developing tailored strategies, presentations, and sales materials in close collaboration with Product, Insights, Planning, Sales, and CSM teams, driving client acquisition and growth through LAB-led initiatives.
Additionally, the Growth Analyst will work closely with Product Marketing teams in Canada and New York to shape product strategy, support Sales Planning, and lead the creation of customized sales collateral and market-specific materials. This position reports to the Strategy Lead for North America.
Your Challenge Client Strategy & Seedtag LAB
- Work cross-functionally with Planning, Sales, CSM, and Strategy teams to identify client needs, accelerate adoption of Seedtag products, and drive revenue growth through strategies that increase order volume, renewals, national revenue, and new logo acquisition
- Lead Seedtag LAB initiatives for the Canadian market, identifying and executing commercial opportunities through partnerships, market trends, and emerging client needs.
- Convert global product and commercial strategies into local market applications, creating strategic marketing materials, case studies, and product one-pagers.
- Collaborate with Data Analysts to deliver pre-campaign insights, post-campaign reports, and testing strategies for new data products.
- Coordinate with third-party research partners to deliver brand lift, sales lift, attention, and attribution reports.
- Provide insights for sales pitches and act as a subject matter expert on Seedtag LAB, measurement, attribution, and new products.
- Partner with Sales Planning to identify product-led growth opportunities, develop best-in-class proposals, and plan measurement strategies.
- Manage and maintain in-market collateral and sales tools, including pitch decks, proposal templates, FAQs, one-sheets, and resource guides.
- Work with Product Marketing, Sales Planning, and CSM to support client retention and translate technical features into client-centric messaging.
- Create compelling, visually engaging content assets aligned with Seedtag's capabilities and differentiators to educate, persuade, and convert clients.
- Maintain information resources, including The Seedtag Bridge, ensuring sales teams have access to up-to-date FAQs, business intelligence, and collateral.
- You have 2+ years of industry experience in media, advertising, corporate strategy, consulting, or high-growth tech startups.
- You have a strong grasp of storytelling, a knack for communicating for impact, and excellent business writing skills.
- You are attentive to detail and can build visually appealing materials and presentations from scratch.
- You work well with teams and on your own, and have a positive attitude, excited to make a daily impact on the growth of an industry-leading advertising technology startup.
- You have a strong interest in artificial intelligence and uncovering new ways to use technology to solve complex business and customer problems.
- You understand key consumer trends, with a focus on digital advertising and consumer privacy.
- You are an inquisitive, analytical thinker with a strong grasp of math and numerical communication.
- You enjoy solving complex problems, both on internal business questions and in the service of an excellent customer experience, and you have a proven record of impact & problem-solving.
