Job Description:

As a
Technical Lead Developer
, responsibilities include:

  • Leading the end to end architecture, design, and development of web and cloud based solutions using C#.NET, ASP.NET MVC or Web API, and .NET Core.
  • The role involves architecting and implementing highly scalable microservices and cloud native applications on Microsoft Azure, leveraging services such as App Services, Azure Functions, Azure DevOps, and Cosmos DB.
  • It requires collaboration with cross functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
  • You will guide and mentor development teams, conduct code reviews, and enforce best practices to ensure clean and maintainable code.
  • Establishing continuous integration and delivery pipelines using Azure DevOps is also key to optimizing release cycles for rapid deployment.
  • The position demands a strong focus on security and compliance by applying secure coding practices aligned with Azure standards.
  • Identifying performance bottlenecks, performing root cause analysis, and enhancing system reliability and efficiency are essential aspects of the role.
  • A deep understanding of object oriented programming, design patterns, and SOLID principles is critical.

Practical experience with modern Azure services, infrastructure as code, and cloud deployment strategies is required.

Proficiency with source control and collaboration tools such as Git, Azure DevOps, or Bitbucket is expected, along with strong communication skills and familiarity with Agile development environments.

Preferred qualifications include Azure certifications like AZ 204 or AZ 305, and experience in domain driven design and event driven architectures.
