Production Operator

- Review and follow documentation provided to perform production process operation, including but not limited to, Quality Alerts and various Job Instructions.
- Responsible for production reporting accuracy.
- Cross-check labels and affix to boxes and close.
- Ensure all packed parts are defect free through completion of visual inspection.
- Complete all documentation as required, including but not limited to, daily scrap documentation sheets, in process documentation, printing labels and Kanbans, scan labels.
- Maintain workstation cleanliness to ensure a safe working environment.
- Adhere to applicable to the company procedures and policies, including active participation in requirements to retain IATF 6949 certification.
- All team members are required to report unsafe and/or unhealthy conditions in the plant that can or will affect the health or safety of themselves or their teammates.
- Team members must inform personnel with authority for corrective action promptly regarding products or processes that do not conform to requirements to ensure that non-conforming product is not shipped to the customer and that all non-conforming product is identified and contained
- Team members have the authority to stop shipment and stop production to correct quality problems
- Ability to lift up to 15kg
- Able to stand for long periods of time
- Demands include repetitive movement, bending, and twisting
- Ability to differentiate colours
- Good manual dexterity
- Must be able to read English and write English
- Must have basic computer skills
- **SWING SHIFT - DAYS AND AFTERNOONS ROTATING EVERY 2wks**
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be able to work in a variety of temperatures
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From $18.25 per hour
Expected hours: 40 - 48 per week

- Plastic Injection Molding: 2 years (required)
- Production Machine Operator: 2 years (required)
