Summary

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Associate to join our team at Georgetown Hyundai. In this role, you will play a vital part in helping customers find the perfect vehicle while ensuring they receive top-notch service throughout their experience. Your contributions will directly impact our mission of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored vehicle recommendations.
  • Demonstrate product features and benefits through effective product demos.
  • Manage the sales process from initial contact to closing the sale.
  • Utilize basic math skills for pricing and financing calculations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Assist with cashiering duties as needed during transactions.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Hyundai products and technology advancements.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in automotive sales environments.
  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on building relationships.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Basic math proficiency for handling transactions and financing options.
  • Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bilingual abilities are an asset but not required.
  • OMVIC License and Automotive Sales experience.
  • Clean driving record.
