Responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive vehicle diagnostics to identify issues accurately.
  • Conduct repairs and maintenance on various vehicle systems, including engine, transmission, brakes, and suspension.
  • Utilize hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and schematics to execute repairs efficiently.
  • Perform heavy lifting as needed for parts and components during repair procedures.
  • Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Assist with vehicle assembly and disassembly tasks as required.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by explaining repairs and maintenance needs clearly to clients.
  • Adhere to dealership standards for quality workmanship and timely service delivery.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in automotive repair, preferably within a dealership setting.
  • STRONG diagnostic troubleshooting and repair.
  • Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
  • Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills coupled with attention to detail.
  • Previous mechanic experience is expected with strong diagnostic skills
  • Knowledge of safety procedures related to automotive repair work. This position provides an engaging work environment where technical skills are valued and professional growth is encouraged. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35.83-$37.83 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
