Fusion Physiotherapy & Wellness Centre is seeking an Office Administrator starting immediately. This opening is for an afternoon/evening shift with hours on Tuesday and Wednesday, 12:00pm - 8:00pm and every other Saturday,
9:00am - 2:00pm

Who we are:

We are a physiotherapist-owned private orthopedic clinic situated in the rapidly growing community of Stouffville, Ontario. Our award-winning team brings together 45 years of combined clinical experience and includes physiotherapists, massage therapists, and chiropractors.

Fusion Physiotherapy has provided quality service to the town of Stouffville for over 16 years, and we remain committed to improving the overall health of our community. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to be part of a supportive and energetic culture that values mentorship.

What You'll Bring:

· Excellent customer service skills

· Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment

· Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs (Word / Excel / Outlook)

· Ability to process high volumes of work quickly with minimal errors

· Ability to co-ordinate and communicate effectively with clients and staff

· Proficiency in the English language (written and oral)

Required Qualifications: Completion of an Office Administration Degree is highly encouraged
