Summary

Burlington/Hamilton :

We are seeking a dedicated Snow Plow Operator to join our team. This role is vital in maintaining safe access for our clients during winter months, contributing significantly to our mission of delivering exceptional property maintenance services.

Responsibilities

  • Operate snow plow equipment efficiently to clear snow and ice from parking lots.
  • Ensure safety protocols are followed during snow removal operations.
  • Perform routine maintenance checks on snow plow equipment.
  • Collaborate with supervisor to coordinate snow removal efforts.
  • Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns promptly.
  • Maintain clear communication with the supervisor and/or management regarding weather conditions and operational needs.
  • Assist with other maintenance tasks as required.
  • Qualifications
  • Proven experience operating snow plow - pick up truck with blade and salter
  • Class G licence with minimum of 3 years of snow plowing experience
  • Strong mechanical knowledge to perform basic maintenance on equipment.
  • Proficiency in using hand tools safely and effectively, when required
  • Ability to work in varying weather conditions and during early morning or late-night hours.
  • Basic math skills for measuring and calculating material needs.
