Overview

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Security Operations Manager to oversee and coordinate all security functions within our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in law enforcement, surveillance, and loss prevention, with expertise in CCTV systems. This leadership role requires strategic planning, team management, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and secure environment for staff, visitors, and assets. The Security Operations Manager will play a critical role in developing security policies, implementing security measures, and ensuring compliance with safety standards.

Duties

  • Develop, implement, and oversee comprehensive security protocols and procedures to safeguard company assets and personnel.
  • Manage security personnel, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations to ensure effective coverage.
  • Monitor surveillance systems such as CCTV to identify and respond to potential security threats or breaches.
  • Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and recommend improvements.
  • Coordinate with law enforcement agencies during investigations or emergencies.
  • Lead loss prevention initiatives by analyzing security data and implementing strategies to reduce theft or damage.
  • Respond promptly to security incidents, investigate breaches, and prepare detailed reports for management.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Stay current on emerging security technologies and best practices to enhance overall security operations.

Experience

  • Proven experience in law enforcement or a related security field is highly desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of surveillance systems, CCTV operation, and monitoring techniques.
  • Demonstrated ability in loss prevention strategies and incident response management.
  • Prior experience managing security teams or operations is preferred.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to train and motivate staff effectively.
  • Familiarity with security policies, risk management principles, and regulatory compliance requirements.
