What You Will Be Doing

The Fracturing Services supervisor is responsible for the safe operation of Fracturing Services equipment (driving, operating, maintaining). Class 1 licence holders will be considered for this position.

Driving, operating, and maintaining equipment
Contribute to safe and efficient work in heavy and complex operations
Perform and contribute to safe rigging operations
Maintain STEP Safety Standards at all times including following all policies and procedures
Effectively communicate with other workers, contributing to a team environment
Maintain and master position knowledge and continue learning new technical competencies
Various other duties based on position level related to safety, equipment operation, and maintenance

What We Require

Related experience

Proven ability to coach, mentor and train fracking operators
Exceptional communication skills
In-depth knowledge of fracturing properties, conversions and calculations

Class 1 license with no restrictions on manual Transmission.

Physical ability: You will perform hard manual labour.

Remote work: Away on a 15/6 rotation working outdoors in all weather conditions.

Safety focus: We live and work by an always safe-always professional mindset (ASAP).
