E-Commerce Replenishment Specialist
About The Role
We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented E-Commerce Replenishment Specialist to support daily operations within our Cambridge distribution center. This role is essential in ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. The ideal candidate thrives in a team environment, has experience with order processing and shipping, and enjoys jumping in wherever needed to keep operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process online orders by entering Shopify orders into Chain Drive with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Assist with order picking to ensure timely fulfillment.
  • Support receiving operations, including unpacking, sorting, and putting away inbound products.
  • Receive, inspect, and process customer returns, following company guidelines.
  • Assist with order shipping, including packing, labeling, and preparing shipments for carriers.
  • Monitor inventory levels and proactively communicate low-stock styles or discrepancies to the e-commerce team.
  • Maintain an organized warehouse, including product shelving, workstations, and shipping areas.
  • Support additional warehouse tasks during busy periods to ensure team goals are met.
  • Foster a positive, collaborative team environment and communicate effectively with colleagues and managers.

Qualifications

  • Experience in order processing and shipping is required (e-commerce environment preferred).
  • Comfortable using technology and learning new systems (experience with Shopify or Chain Drive is an asset).
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to lift and move boxes as required.
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Strong communication skills and a commitment to maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
