Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled licensed Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will be someone with extensive experience, strong work ethics and knowledge of fleet management.

Responsibilities

- Perform routine maintenance on vehicles, such as changing oil, checking tire pressure, and inspecting brakes

- Diagnose mechanical issues and propose appropriate solutions

- Repair or replace vehicle parts as needed

- Conduct thorough vehicle inspections to identify potential issues

- Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repairs performed - Maintain fleet vehicles and ensure optimal performance and safety

Requirements

- Proven experience as a Mechanic

- Up to date License in mechanics

- Strong knowledge of automotive systems and components

- Ability to use diagnostic tools effectively

- Strong work ethics - Excellent problem-solving skills

- Physical strength and stamina to lift heavy parts and equipment when necessary - Ability to work in a team environment - Ability to work under pressure - Knowledge of fleet management

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50.00-$53.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

  • Mechanic experience: 3 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

  • 310S Automotive Service Technician licence (required)
