Sunrise Bakery is currently seeking a reliable, hard-working Production Line Worker to add to our team. This individual must possess a strong work ethic and a positive attitude.

Job Duties:

  • Spraying pans prior to baking products.
  • Assembling baked products into packaging trays.
  • Packaging of baked products by sealing and boxing.
  • Applying labels to product containers and boxes.
  • Visually inspect product while it's moving through assembly line for quality.
  • Cleaning of equipment and scales after use.
  • Maintaining a clean work area and production floor

This position is vital to our operations and provides long-term employment and growth opportunity.

  • This a physical and labor-intensive position.
  • Must be willing and able to lift up to 25lbs on a regular basis.
  • Position requires standing for long periods and repetitive work.
  • Experience in food manufacturing will be considered an asset.
  • Successful candidate will be a team player who is willing to work in all positions to move the team forward.
  • Adherence to quality and food safety procedures is a must.
  • Able to read and speak fluent English.

We are currently looking for individuals with previous experience either in food manufacturing or in a bakery. Our shift times will times fluctuate dependent on production needs, this means you could start at different times throughout the week. We cannot accommodate set start or end times. Our typical start times are between 6:00 am and 11:00 am. This is a Monday to Thursday shift; 10-hour days with the possibilty of Friday's.

Employees must have a reliable means of transportation to and from work as the bus routes in this area are sporadic.
