About Liuyishou Hotpot:

Chongqing Liuyishou Hotpot was founded in 2000, which is a leading enterprise that specializes in managing hot pot chains and franchisees. Liuyishou now has expanded its business to more than 1,200 overseas units all around the world. In 2014, Liuyishou chose the greater Vancouver for our North America Head Office and opened our first restaurant in Richmond BC. In 2015, Liuyishou International Management Company (Canada) Ltd. was established to operate Liuyishou Hot Pot Restaurants across North America. Since then, we have directly managed a central kitchen and large-scale food processing factory, with over 20 restaurants and 500 employees in North America.

We are currently seeking energetic and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Busser. In this role, you will play a key support function to ensure the dining area remains clean, welcoming, and well-prepared for all guests.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Clear and clean tables promptly after guests finish their meals;
  • Reset tables with fresh linens, flatware, glassware, napkins, and condiments;
  • Transport dirty dishes and utensils to the kitchen and assist dishwashers;
  • Refill water glasses and assist servers during peak times;
  • Maintain cleanliness in dining areas—sweep, mop, clean spills, empty trash, and tidy restrooms.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • No previous experience required; prior restaurant or hospitality experience is an asset
  • Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a positive attitude
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced team environment
  • Mandarin or Spanish is an asset, but not required
