**bellaroma italiano barand grill restaurant is looking for a server and Bartender,busser to join our team in Richmond, BC.**

**Bartender Job Description**:
The Bartender is responsible for providing excellent service to customers and co-workers. Responsible for preparing food and beverages, garnishing wine, beer, and cocktails, maintaining a clean and safe environment, and operating equipment.

**Essential Job Functions**:

- Prepares food and beverages according to recipes and specifications.
- Prepares bar area with proper inventory of all needed supplies.
- Assists with the preparation of food and bar items.
- Assists with the cleaning of equipment.
- Performs opening/closing duties.
- Performs other duties as assigned by manager or supervisor.
- Maintains cleanliness of the establishment at all times.
- Cleans equipment when necessary.
- Ensures that all safety rules, regulations, and procedures are met.

Job Requirements:

- Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English as it relates to job duties and requirements.
- Must be able to follow oral and written instructions. Ability to multi-task. Ability to work on your feet for extended periods of time. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with short notice. Ability to work in a team environment as needed.

**Must be able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays, and special events. We are open from 11am-8pm on weekdays & weekends & closed on holidays (unless otherwise agreed upon). We also offer flexible schedules on some holidays (Sons' Day & New Year's Day).**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $15.65-$23.59 per hour

- serving: 1 year (preferred)
- Bartending: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Smart Serve (preferred)
