About the Role
You'll be the heartbeat of our client growth — welcoming new customers, maintaining ongoing relationships, and helping pet parents explore all that Camp Canine has to offer. From first-day meet-and-greets to package renewals, your goal is to ensure every dog family feels seen, cared for, and connected to our brand.
Responsibilities
- Manage incoming inquiries and convert leads into loyal clients
- Promote daycare, grooming, and boarding packages with enthusiasm and integrity
- Develop and implement sales strategies across both locations
- Maintain an organized client pipeline and track conversions
- Collaborate with management on promotions, partnerships, and seasonal events
- Support the front-of-house team in delivering a five-star guest experience
- Identify upselling opportunities (from spa upgrades to event packages)
- Provide weekly reports and creative ideas for client engagement
Who You Are
- Experienced in sales, hospitality, or luxury service (pet industry a plus)
- Confident communicator — in person, by phone, and via text/email
- Naturally outgoing, organized, and self-motivated
- Passionate about dogs, small business, and creating memorable experiences
- Able to balance empathy with sales targets — you make "selling" feel like care
