We're looking for an experienced and results-driven Area Sales Manager to lead our Ontario regional sales team. In this role, you'll be responsible for overseeing multiple Regional Sales Managers, driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and ensuring the execution of our sales strategies across Ontario.

You'll play a key role in developing people, building relationships with key customers and partners, and representing the brand across the province.

The ideal candidate will be located in the GTA, within reasonable driving distance to our Mississauga, ON Axis Experience Centre.

What you will do

  • Develop and sustain current and future strategic sales direction
  • Build an exceptional outside sales team
  • Supply regional team with support in various types of external and internal interactions
  • Maintains strategic relationships throughout industry
  • Analyzes and reports on pulse of the industry
  • Make decisions on project pricing within assigned approval levels
  • Prepare sales reports for weekly review
  • Provide and encourage feedback from regional team and customers
  • Maintain fluid relations between Regional Sales Managers and all other sales and business development functions
  • Consistently update all departments of sales and pending goals
  • Ensure firm adherence to policies across the Area
  • Perform other related duties when assigned

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field
  • 5+ years in sales
  • 3+ years in managing remote staff

The approximate total compensation range for this location and position is $170K-$185K, which includes a 70% base / 30% commission OTE, and car allowance. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be dependent on factors, including but not limited to, the individual's qualifications, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as physical work location within the province.
