With access to well-being resources, wellness initiatives, and onsite fitness centers in select locations, you'll be supported both professionally and personally. From day one, you'll benefit from a structured global onboarding experience and continuous learning opportunities designed to help you thrive and keep building your expertise.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Define and enforce editorial standards, style guides, and templates for AI Software Documentation.
  • Oversee planning, reviews, and publishing aligned with Agile development sprints and product release cycles.
  • Lead and mentor a small team of technical writers/editors; manage priorities and workflows.
  • Contribute as an individual contributor by authoring and editing critical software documentation (API references, SDK guides, tutorials, release notes).
  • Collaborate with engineering, product, and UX teams to ensure technical accuracy and clarity.
  • Maintain docs‑as‑code workflows (Git/GitHub), markup standards (Markdown/ReST/HTML), and publishing pipelines.
  • Monitor documentation quality and engagement metrics; drive continuous improvement.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
  • Extensive experience in Technical writing or editorial roles, with background in software documentation.
  • Strong leadership experience, including editorial management
  • In depth knowledge of docs‑as‑code practices, Git workflows, and structured authoring.

  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with accessibility and localization best practices.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines for documentation publishing.
  • Knowledge of API documentation tools (e.g., Swagger/OpenAPI).
