Landscape Maintenance Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Landscape Maintenance Supervisor / Operations Manager to lead and oversee all field operations. This role is responsible for supervising multiple crews, ensuring daily operations run efficiently, and maintaining high-quality service standards across all properties.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who is comfortable working in the field, managing people, communicating with clients, and keeping operations organized and running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and support all landscape maintenance crews to ensure work is completed efficiently, safely, and to company standards
- Lead by example by working alongside crews performing various landscape and maintenance services
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee daily and weekly scheduling of crews and jobs
- Communicate professionally with existing clients and new potential clients regarding services, expectations, and site concerns
- Conduct site visits and quality control inspections to ensure client satisfaction
- Train, mentor, and onboard new employees; provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback
- Ensure all equipment, vehicles, and tools are properly maintained, serviced, and accounted for
- Coordinate equipment repairs, maintenance schedules, and inventory needs
- Enforce company policies, safety procedures, and best practices
- Assist with estimating, job planning, and workflow improvements as needed
- Act as the main point of contact between ownership/management and field staff
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, crew performance, and service quality
Qualifications & Experience
- Previous experience in landscape maintenance, construction, or related field (supervisory experience preferred)
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make sound decisions in the field
- Mechanical aptitude and experience with landscape equipment is an asset
- Valid driver's license (clean driving record preferred)
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
