Element Disposal is a fast-growing, locally owned waste and recycling company serving communities and industrial clients across the Peace Region. We're looking for a reliable and motivated Class 3 Driver to join our team. This role includes operating front-load trucks, roll-off trucks, and curbside collection trucks on a rotating basis.

What You'll Do

  • Safely operate Class 3 commercial vehicles, including:
  • Front-load trucks (commercial MSW & cardboard routes)
  • Roll-off trucks servicing 20–40 yard bins
  • Automated or semi-automated curbside collection trucks
  • Complete assigned daily routes efficiently and professionally.
  • Perform bin/bag/cart exchanges, pickups, and deliveries as scheduled.
  • Conduct daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report any mechanical issues.
  • Maintain accurate route logs, landfill tickets, and paperwork.
  • Provide excellent customer service and represent Element Disposal professionally on every job site.
  • Follow all safety policies, traffic regulations, and company procedures.

What We're Looking For

  • Valid Class 3 driver's licence with air brakes endorsement.
  • Experience operating commercial trucks (front-load, roll-off, or side-load experience considered a strong asset).
  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and a safety-first mindset.
  • Physically capable of climbing in/out of trucks and working in all weather conditions.
  • Basic mechanical awareness is an asset.
  • Clean driver's abstract (required).

Schedule

  • Full-time, typically Monday to Friday with occasional weekend or extended-hour work depending on route demands and project needs.

Location

  • Dawson Creek, BC and surrounding Peace Region communities.
