We are currently seeking a motivated and personable Telecommunications Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role focuses on business development, customer engagement, and delivering exceptional service within the telecommunications industry.
As a Telecommunications Sales Representative, you will serve as a trusted brand ambassador, representing high-quality telecom products and services while creating positive, lasting customer interactions. You will play a key role in driving customer satisfaction, strengthening brand loyalty, and consistently exceeding performance goals. The ideal Telecommunications Sales Representative is driven, adaptable, and committed to excellence in both sales and customer service.
Telecommunications Sales Representative Key Responsibilities:
- Engage directly with new and existing customers through in-person interactions to assess needs and recommend customized telecommunications solutions
- Professionally present industry-leading products and services with clear, accurate, and personalized communication
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships by fostering trust and delivering a consistently positive experience
- Stay informed on current promotions, pricing incentives, and bundled offerings to support confident customer decisions
- Gather and communicate customer feedback to support continuous improvement in service delivery and customer experience
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets while contributing to a collaborative, performance-driven environment
- Participate in weekly Telecommunications Sales Representative training workshops to further develop sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer service skills
Telecommunications Sales Representative Qualifications & Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training is a plus
- 1–2 years of experience in sales, customer service, account management, or another customer-facing role preferred
- Previous experience in telecommunications or wireless sales is an asset
- Self-motivated with a strong desire for professional growth and advancement
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to quickly build rapport
- Demonstrates professionalism, integrity, and discretion when handling customer information
- Prior experience as a Telecommunications Sales Representative is highly desirable
- Comfortable engaging with diverse audiences in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
