About The Opportunity
On behalf of our client, we are seeking a Part-Time Client Care Coordinator to work on a fully remote basis. The ideal candidate has excellent customer service skills, a keen eye for detail, and thrives in a fast-paced environment supporting health professionals and clients with warmth and efficiency.

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Managing schedules, appointment bookings, cancellations, and client communications using practice management software
  • Handling direct billing through insurance platforms and maintaining accurate spreadsheets/records
  • Responding to calls and emails professionally, resolving issues proactively to ensure seamless operations
  • Supporting team members with organized files, tools like Google Workspace and Slack, and quick problem-solving

About You
The successful candidate will have the following:

  • 3+ years in administrative or office coordination roles, with customer service or client care experience (healthcare a strong asset)
  • Tech-savvy with comfort using multiple digital tools; familiarity with practice management software, Google Workspace, and Slack preferred
  • High school diploma (post-secondary in office administration an asset)
  • Detail-oriented, reliable, self-motivated, professional, and able to multitask efficiently

About the Job
This is a part-time, permanent position offering 25 hours a week, Monday to Friday. The hourly pay rate is between $22.00 to $25.00 per hour, dependent on experience. This is a fully work from home position, requiring a quiet and private workspace.
