We're a fast-growing eCommerce brand seeking a highly motivated and experienced Amazon Account Manager to join our team. This is a key role focused on catalog management, seller support, and account health—not advertising. What You'll Do:

  • Manage and optimize product listings (titles, bullets, A+ content, variations, etc.)
  • Handle Amazon Seller Central support cases efficiently and professionally
  • Monitor and maintain account health (policy compliance, performance metrics, etc.)
  • Oversee FBA inventory levels and inbound shipments
  • Manage and respond to customer reviews and ratings
  • Resolve Amazon claims such as A-to-Z Guarantee and chargebacks
  • Work with our team to troubleshoot catalog or listing issues
  • Ensure all backend catalog data is accurate and compliant

What We're Looking For:

  • 2+ years of experience managing Amazon Seller Central accounts
  • Strong knowledge of Amazon's platform, policies, and tools
  • Experience with catalog setup, listing optimization, and FBA operations
  • Proactive and solution-oriented, with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable working independently and managing multiple tasks
