About the Role

The Field Supervisor oversees on-the-ground operations and ensures field staff perform according to Drivon's quality, safety, and service standards. This role is essential to maintaining operational excellence and supporting our commitment to one-hour delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise field staff and ensure adherence to company protocols
  • Conduct field inspections, evaluations, and performance reviews
  • Coordinate schedules, assignments, and workload distribution
  • Address on-site issues and provide real-time support to field teams
  • Communicate regularly with dispatch and operations teams
  • Enforce safety standards and ensure compliance with Drivon policies
  • Prepare reports on field performance and operational outcomes

Qualifications

  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Experience managing field teams or operational staff preferred
  • Ability to work in dynamic, fast-paced environments
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Flexibility to work variable schedules based on operational needs

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00-$26.00 per hour
