Position Summary

The Professional Cleaner / Field Cleaning Associate is responsible for executing a range of cleaning and sanitization tasks with precision, consistency, and adherence to Drivon's service standards. This role requires a strong commitment to quality, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to perform duties independently while maintaining a professional demeanor in all client interactions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain clean, orderly, and hygienic environments across residential and/or commercial client sites
  • Perform routine and deep-cleaning tasks including sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and disinfecting high-touch surfaces
  • Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, appliances, windows, fixtures, and common areas in accordance with Drivon protocols
  • Operate cleaning equipment, tools, and machinery safely and efficiently
  • Monitor and manage cleaning supplies; report replenishment or maintenance needs to supervisors
  • Assist with light site preparation, furniture movement, and organization as required
  • Complete all assigned tasks within scheduled timelines while upholding quality standards
  • Follow all occupational health and safety procedures, including proper chemical handling
  • Provide courteous, respectful, and responsive service to clients and team members

Qualifications & Skills

  • Prior experience in residential, commercial, or professional cleaning is preferred
  • Knowledge of cleaning techniques, products, and safe handling practices
  • Strong organizational and time-management capabilities
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Reliable means of transportation to and between client locations
  • Physical ability to lift/move up to 25 lbs and perform manual cleaning duties
  • Excellent communication skills and a professional, customer-focused attitude
  • Dependable, punctual, and committed to maintaining Drivon's service excellence

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
