Join Jason Parkes Customs as our Fan Club Manager, where you'll play a vital role in leading all aspects of the program while driving growth and revenue through exceptional relationship management and operational excellence. As a forward-facing leader with a strong business acumen, you will manage all aspects of one of the fastest growing clubs in the Valley. With 10 clubs to choose from across 5 properties, JPC has something for everyone. The successful candidate will have a strong focus on building relationships, implementing sales strategies, and wine education. This is your chance to be the heartbeat of the JPC Fan club and help us take this incredible program to the next level.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all operations of the Fan Club, including inventory and allocations, membership fulfillment, Fan Club pick-up events, and membership outreach through all channels. High level of organization and planning is key to success in this role.

Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with our Fan Club members, ensuring personalized service and satisfaction. Be the face of the club.

Wine Education: Create a training program for the staff focused on wine knowledge, storytelling, sales techniques, and customer engagement strategies. Embody the brands and share the stories with team and guests alike.

Events (on-site and in-market): Plan and execute exclusive club events, tastings, and tours to enhance engagement, improve retention and promote club membership benefits.

Sales Strategy & Implementation: Drive sales growth by developing and implementing effective in-store and marketing strategies and promotions tailored specifically to our Fan Club members and guests visiting our properties.

Feedback and Improvement: Gather and analyze member feedback to continually enhance the Fan Club experience and offerings.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience leading and growing a successful wine club program
  • Strong knowledge of wine, including varietals, regions, and pairings. Formal wine education an asset.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a passion for building relationships
  • Passionate about being a forward facing leader at JPC and the face of the program
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities, with experience in coaching/training and mentoring staff.
  • Organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • A positive attitude and a genuine passion for wine and member experiences.
