What You'll Do:

  • Assist the Crew Leader and collaborate with other divisions within Elevate and Rockscape to ensure high standards and project completion.
  • Contribute to a positive team atmosphere and help the team achieve goals while following our Core Values, honesty, respect, dependability, creativity, and forward thinking.
  • Represent Elevate in a respectful and professional manner with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and the community.
  • Suggest ideas and solutions, actively contributing to the team's success.
  • Support the Crew Leader and management with daily operations, ensuring a clean and organized job site.

In The Field:

  • Complete tasks safely and efficiently as directed by your Crew Leader.
  • Treat company vehicles, equipment, and tools with respect, maintaining a professional and organized job site.
  • Identify and report any safety hazards or incidents.
  • Provide support to other divisions as needed.

What We're Looking For:

  • No experience necessary—just a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
  • Strong communication skills and a team-player mentality.
  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks like lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
  • A keen eye for detail and a high standard of performance.
  • Completion of required safety training (once hired).

Work Schedule:

  • Our Elevate season is very weather dependent, with an anticipated start in mid-May, and wrapping up in October.
  • Weekly schedule of Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend work available.
  • Expect to work approximately 50 hours per week during peak season.
  • Rockscape crews start their day at our shop in Bracebridge at 7:00am.
  • Typical day is 7:00am – 5:30pm.
