LayerZero

The Future is Omnichain.

ABOUT THE ROLE

LayerZero builds infrastructure on any asset, application, or company can use crypto rails at internet scale. We're reinventing how value moves online by solving for interoperability amongst blockchains – a problem we believe the world will value in trillions.

As Events & Experiences Manager, you will own how LayerZero shows up in the world. You'll design and execute the company's most important moments: launches, summits, partner activations, and cultural milestones to ensure every interaction communicates excellence, clarity, and conviction.

This is a role for someone who believes that the environment is the message. You'll set the standard for how LayerZero is experienced in the real world, intentional, credible, and precise – and build the systems to make that repeatable.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Plan and Execute Global Events

  • Lead LayerZero's participation in major conferences, industry gatherings, and ecosystem activations.
  • Manage end-to-end execution: strategy, logistics, vendor relationships, and creative production.

Design LayerZero-Owned Experiences

  • Develop and produce owned events — from product launches to partner summits — that showcase our technology and network.
  • Ensure every touchpoint communicates consistency, precision, and quality.

Partner Cross-Functionally

  • Work with BD and Comms to align event strategy with business goals and narrative priorities.
  • Collaborate with comms and cross functional teams to integrate content and educational programming.

Measure and Iterate

  • Track performance and engagement to assess impact and ROI.
  • Continuously improve event systems, playbooks, and post-event reporting.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
  • 5–8 years in event strategy or experiential marketing, ideally in fintech, technology, or crypto.
  • Proven success delivering complex, multi-stakeholder events at scale.
  • Exceptional project management, vendor negotiation, and communication skills.
  • A taste-driven problem solver who can balance creative vision with operational precision.
  • Comfortable operating in a high-performance, high-speed environment where "better is better."
