Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Dentist to join our growing practice on a part-time basis (1–2 days per week). The ideal candidate is patient-centered, clinically confident, and enjoys working with families of all ages. You will provide comprehensive dental care while collaborating with an experienced, friendly, and highly organized team.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Perform general dentistry procedures, including:
- Comprehensive exams and treatment planning
- Restorations
- Extractions and basic oral surgery
- Diagnose dental conditions through clinical examination and radiographic interpretation
- Develop individualized, ethical treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs
- Utilize dental CAD software for digital workflows, restorations, and prosthetics
- Maintain accurate and timely patient records
- Educate patients and families on oral hygiene, prevention, and long-term oral health
- Work collaboratively with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff
- Uphold the clinic's high standards for infection control, safety, and patient care
- Stay current with advancements in dentistry, digital workflows, and clinical best practices
Qualifications & Requirements
- Valid dental license allowing independent practice in Ontario
- Experience or comfort treating pediatric patients is an asset
- Strong communication skills with a calm, professional, and empathetic approach
- Ability to work efficiently, ethically, and collaboratively within a team
- Commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-focused dental care
