Key Functional Responsibilities

Collateral Development

· Draft and design sell sheets, retailer training sheets, decks, and brochures.

· Collaborate with the [insert my new title] for direction on positioning, messaging, and final design.

Design & Coordination

· Support product label and in-store display design and updates.

· Coordinate with vendors for print, packaging, and design production.

· Maintain organized version control and asset archives.

Content Creation Assistance

· Support content execution once brand-level calendars and strategies are defined.

· Draft social media graphics, captions, and templates under guidance.

· Help ensure brand consistency across digital and print materials.

· Analytics & SEO (Execution)

· Pull and summarize marketing performance reports from GA4, HubSpot, and social platforms.

Conduct keyword and hashtag research

· Track competitor activity and emerging trends.

· Administrative & General Support

· Assist with routine collateral edits, formatting, and file organization.

· Help maintain online forms and digital resources in collaboration with internal teams.

· Summarize key insights from industry newsletters and reports to support strategy.

· Any other tasks as required.

Direct Client Interaction

· Support Marketing Manager and sales team in client interaction activities such as trade shows as needed

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $50,000.00 per year
