The Role

We're looking for a UX & Motion Designer who lives at the intersection of user experience and visual storytelling. You'll craft intuitive interfaces and eye-catching motion designs for sports-focused platforms that millions of fans interact with during live events.

This isn't just pushing pixels—it's designing experiences where milliseconds matter, data comes alive, and every interaction enhances the thrill of live sports.

Your Impact

  • Design responsive web applications and tools for sports broadcasting
  • Create dynamic motion graphics, overlays, and real-time stat visuals
  • Build prototypes and design systems in Figma that developers can run with
  • Collaborate across product, engineering, and business teams
  • Design for real-time data visualization and live content delivery
  • Support marketing and broadcast materials with compelling visuals
  • Validate designs through user testing and iterative feedback

What We're Looking For

You have:

  • 3-5+ years designing UX/UI and motion graphics
  • A killer portfolio showcasing both web design and motion work
  • Deep expertise in Figma and After Effects (or equivalent)
  • Experience designing responsive, data-driven applications
  • Strong grasp of user-centered design principles
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

Bonus points for:

  • Sports, broadcasting, or streaming industry experience
  • Front-end development knowledge (HTML/CSS)
  • 3D design skills (Cinema 4D, Blender)
  • Accessibility and design QA experience
  • Understanding of cloud production workflows
