What you'll do:

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be a key contributor to our core product, responsible for both technical leadership and hands-on development. You'll be building and enhancing our core services, which handle over a billion API calls a month. This role requires you to be a versatile full-stack developer who can contribute to all stages of the software development lifecycle, from architectural design to implementation and ongoing maintenance.

Your Responsibilities:

• Full-Stack Development:
  Build and enhance services using , TypeScript, MongoDB, and React.
• API Development:
  Iterate on REST APIs that handle over one billion requests monthly, ensuring they are robust and scalable.
• Customer & Operational Support:
  Bridge the gap between our customers and the engineering team. This includes debugging customer issues, identifying root causes, and developing internal tools to streamline operations like user management and reviews.
• Product Collaboration:
  Contribute to product design, optimizing user experiences and workflows. You will also plan features and estimate complexity in collaboration with the product management team.
• Customer Advocacy:
  Manage a portfolio of key clients, identify risks, and create retention plans. You'll advocate for customer needs internally to address product concerns and improve retention.

Minimum Requirements:

• 5+ years
  of hands-on experience as a full-stack software engineer, building both front-end and back-end solutions.
• Strong expertise in

• Proficiency in testing frameworks like Jest and Vitest.
