Locations Toronto, San Francisco, New York Role Overview Own the architecture and delivery of our CRM and data‑driven prospecting platform in a zero‑to‑one environment. Turn fuzzy problems into systems, standards, and processes that help BD, M&A, and portfolio teams move faster. This is an AI‑first orchestration role: connect people, data, and systems to automate high‑impact workflows and surface the right insight at the right moment. Key Responsibilities Design a unified "system of record + insight" that powers right‑time outreach to top prospects Model entities (accounts, people, firms, signals) with identity resolution and data quality guardrails Ship self‑serve reporting and dashboards with clear SLAs and definitions Automate multi‑step GTM and BD processes across CRM, email, LinkedIn, and messaging Stand up LLM‑powered agents for research, summarization, due‑diligence prep, and follow‑ups gado RAG pipelines so teams see the right docs, notes, and signals at the right time Tune prompts, guardrails, and evaluation harnesses for accuracy, tone, and safety Build and maintain two‑way integrations between Salesforce and האחרות external data providers Connect APIs, webhooks, and event streams to keep data enriched, clean, and continuously updated Establish pragmatic privacy, reliability, and change‑management practices \ consulted/li> Partner with BD and M&A leaders to identify high‑friction workflows and measurable outcomes Deliver MVP automations quickly, instrument impact, and productionize winning pilots Define standards (runbooks, schemas, contracts, SLAs) that scale across the portfolio Tech Stack Python, TypeScript (Node.js, React, Next.js) TailwindCSS, Postgres (Supabase) n8n, Prefect, Modal, Redis What We’re Looking For 8+ years in software engineering with meaningful ownership of CRM врасcent platforms and/or revenue/ops systems; thrive in ambiguity and create process where none exists Strong product sense for BD/M&A workflows; translate qualitative feedback into quantitative goals and SLAs that stick Deep integration experience (APIs, webhooks, auth), plus identity resolution and data governance fundamentals Hands‑on with AI integration: calling LLMs, building RAG pipelines, prompt design, evaluation, and guardrails Clear, concise communication; incorporate feedback from technical and non‑technical partners into roadmaps that land on time Bonus: experience automating diligence (market maps, call notes, deal rooms), multi‑channel orchestration (email/LinkedIn/Slack), building portfolio‑wide reusable components Our Values at Beacon Software \ Messejlichkeiten Humility Honesty Hunger Horizon ýurdär Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Beacon Software by 2x.
