Role Overview:

iVedha Inc.
is looking for a motivated
IT
Project Manager
to join our team supporting multiple IT transformation projects for a top-tier Canadian bank. This role focuses on initiatives such as
AIOps enablement
, SRE DevOps ,
capacity planning
, and
workload management
, working within Agile teams and engaging with both technical teams and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage day-to-day project activities across multiple concurrent workstreams.
  • Support project planning, timeline creation, and task tracking using Agile practices (scrum, sprint planning, daily standups, retrospectives).
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., infrastructure, development, cloud, DevOps) to ensure delivery milestones are met.
  • Assist with capacity tracking and workload balancing to improve operational efficiency.
  • Facilitate communication with internal stakeholders and project sponsors to provide regular updates, gather requirements, and address blockers.
  • Support the onboarding and tracking of AIOps or monitoring tools such as Splunk or Dynatrace.
  • Ensure compliance with internal governance processes and coordinate production readiness tasks.
  • Prepare basic project documentation, status reports, and risk/issue logs.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 5–10 years of project coordination or project management experience in IT or banking environments.
  • Hands-on experience managing Agile delivery projects (Scrum certification a plus).
  • Strong communication and coordination skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with IT infrastructure projects, cloud environments (preferably Azure), or AIOps concepts is beneficial.
  • Proficient in tools like
    JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Project
    , or similar.
  • Detail-oriented and proactive with a strong sense of ownership.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience working in a financial institution or with regulated environments.
  • Exposure to observability, performance monitoring, or automation tooling (e.g., Dynatrace, elastic).
  • Familiarity with project portfolio management (PPM)
  • PMP, CSM, or equivalent Agile certification is
    mandatory at least PMP
    .
  • Proven track record of managing
    enterprise IT initiatives
    such as cloud migrations, observability (e.g., Elastic/Dynatrace), and automation-driven ops (AIOps).
  • Experience working with
    Agile delivery teams
    , Scrum frameworks, and cross-functional pods.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with ability to present to and influence
    senior executives
    .
