  • Monitor the health and well-being of all dogs in the daycare, reporting any concerns to management.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the facility by regularly cleaning play areas, kennels, and equipment.
  • Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with dog owners regarding their pets' activities and needs.
  • Assist with heavy lifting of dogs as necessary, ensuring their comfort and safety during transitions.
  • Follow all safety protocols to ensure a secure environment for both dogs and staff.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance skills related to dog behavior and care.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience working with dogs or in a pet care environment is preferred but not required.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with pet owners.
  • Ability to perform heavy lifting as needed (up to 50 pounds).
  • A genuine love for animals and a commitment to their well-being.
  • Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends if required.
  • Team-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
