We are looking for skilled and motivated Chefs / Line Cooks to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have experience in a fast-paced kitchen, a strong work ethic, and a dedication to delivering consistently excellent dishes.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards.
  • Ensure all dishes are prepared and presented properly before serving.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation and kitchen.
  • Assist in inventory management, including receiving, storing, and rotating food supplies.
  • Follow all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and sanitation practices.
  • Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth and timely service.
  • Participate in menu planning and provide input on new dishes or specials (for experienced chefs).
  • Assist in training new kitchen staff as needed.

Qualifications / Experience Required:

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a restaurant kitchen, preferably as a line cook or prep cook.
  • Experience with a variety of cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.
  • Strong knife skills and knowledge of food preparation techniques.
  • Ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent time management, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to [insert weight if applicable].
  • Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
