The employer is a medium-sized industrial general contracting company with a focus on infrastructure projects. They are known for their commitment to delivering high-quality results and fostering a professional environment for their employees.

Description

  • Coordinate and oversee on-site construction activities to ensure project timelines and budgets are met.
  • Communicate effectively with contractors, suppliers, and project teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Monitor compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment.
  • Provide regular progress updates to stakeholders and address any issues that arise on-site.
  • Manage site resources and ensure optimal allocation of materials and labour.
  • Assist in resolving any on-site challenges or delays promptly and effectively.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation and reports.
  • Ensure quality standards are met throughout all construction phases.
  • Support active infrastructure and WWTP projects across Ontario (travel required)
  • Coordinate subcontractors, materials, and schedules to keep sites running smoothly
  • Assist with site documentation, safety compliance, and quality control
  • Act as a liaison between field teams, project managers, and clients

Profile

A successful Site Coordinator should have:

  • 3+ years of experience in ICI or infrastructure construction, ideally with MEP exposure
  • Familiarity with WWTP systems, processes, or municipal infrastructure builds
  • Strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Willingness to travel throughout Ontario (overnight stays may be required)
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
